Returns & Exchanges

•⁠ ⁠Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

•⁠ ⁠Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

•⁠ ⁠Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

•⁠ ⁠Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

•⁠ ⁠Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

•⁠ ⁠Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

•⁠ ⁠Exchanges are available for size changes or alternative items of the same value, subject to stock availability.
